Six Customizable Banner Materials

Your banner is made with the finest materials available and printed using state-of-the-art, large-format printers for vibrant colors that pop. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.

Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature-sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex., a 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your customer service representative to discuss your specific application.

Vinyl Banner Finishing Options

Hems & Grommets	Reinforced Hems	Reinforced Corners	Pole Pockets
These are a one inch fold, heat-welded hem with grommets typically added every 2–4 feet.	A thick, weblike material is heat-welded to the perimeter to provide additional reinforcement.	A triangular piece of vinyl is applied to improve strength and durability in the corners.	A sleeve added to allow for a dowel or pole to run through for support.

Heat Welded Hems & Grommets

Hems consist of one inch of the vinyl banner material folded over and heated together to form a strong hem. We recommend hems for all banners to increase durability.

You will have the following options when selecting hems and grommets:

Top and Bottom Only Hems – Standard finishing option for vinyl banners.	All Four Sides Hems – All 4 sides of the banner will be heat welded and grommeted.

Pole Pockets

Pole pockets consist of 2, 3, or 4 inches of material wrapped around the sides, top, or bottom of the banner.

• 2" Pole Pockets – fits a pole 3/4" in diameter
• 3" Pole Pockets – fits a pole 1 1/4" in diameter
• 4" Pole Pockets – fits a pole 1 1/2" in diameter

By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner.

Pole pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners.

Reinforced Corners

Reinforced corners provide extra strength and are grommeted to each corner of the banner.

Reinforced Hems

Reinforced hems are a PVC-coated webbing which increases the strength of the banner.

You cannot have reinforced hems with pole pockets.

Double-Sided Banner Finishing

We can finish double-sided banners up to 150 square feet. Larger sizes require a custom quote.

Artwork Guidelines

The file that prints best is .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.

Artwork/Order Proofs

If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork and a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.

Color Match Proof System

If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

Production Time Tables

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

1 Business Day Priority:

Timelines can be tight. That’s why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

• Orders approved after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.

• Total delivery time includes both production and shipping time.
• Turnaround starts once file upload is complete and approval is given if a proof is requested.

2 Business Days Express:

Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal.

• Turnaround starts once file upload is complete and approval is given if a proof is requested.

3 Business Days Standard:

This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy for most custom orders.

5 Business Days Saver:

If you’re not in a rush, you can save money by choosing our 5-Day Saver option.

General Shipping Guidelines

If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.

After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.

Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, the damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after the initial scheduled delivery.

International Shipping Notes:

For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS.

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping, please add additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5–10 days depending on destination.
