How do I create an account?
To create your account, please visit our registration page.
Do I have to give you my credit card information online?
No.The Banners.com ordering system uses very secure technology, but we completely understand if you would prefer to provide your credit card information by phone. Call one of our friendly customer service reps at (320) 391-5300 Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm CST.
How do I know that Banners.com has received my order?
You will receive a confirmation email from us with a link to our Live Order Tracking. That way, you can watch your order creation live. You can see the production steps right up until it leaves the facility.
What will happen after I place my order?
Once your order has been received, we will notify you by email. If you’ve requested a design proof, we will email it to you, and wait for your approval. Once you approve it, we will send the order to pre-press and begin working on it.
I need to make a correction to my order. Is this possible?
Immediately contact customer service if you’ve noticed an error. In most cases, we cannot stop and correct the order once we’ve started working on it.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact customer service and they will help you cancel your order.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. We offer a bulk order discount as well as promo codes for new customers.
My organization has a tax exemption. What should I do?
Contact us to get your tax exemption on your order.
How do I get an additional copy of my receipt?
You can obtain a duplicate receipt by contacting us via email or phone.
Materials, Products & Options
What materials are your banners made from?
Vinyl Banners are printed on 13-oz. scrim vinyl gloss, 13-oz. Scrim vinyl matte, 18-oz. Heavy-duty matte vinyl as well as mesh, canvas and fabric materials.

Do your banners come with grommets?
Yes. Our standard finishing option is heat welded hems with grommets. Brass, stainless steel or plastic grommets are placed in all four corners and every 2-4 feet around the banner perimeter. Visit our vinyl banner finishing options page for more information.
Am I limited to the number of colors on my banner?
No.We digitally print our banners in full CMYK color. Our Full color banners include unlimited color, text, graphics, and images.
If you are looking for a cost-effective option with just text, then we also offer text only banners that include a white background with colored text.
Can I get a double-sided banner?
Yes, you can order a double-sided banner in our 13-oz. scrim vinyl and our 18-oz. Heavy-duty matte vinyl materials.
Can I get a special size banner?
Yes. We can print vinyl banners seamlessly up to 16’ x 50’, but if you need a special size banner, then please contact us for a custom quote.
How do I hang my banner?
Our banners are finished with grommets in every corner and at intervals of 2-4 feet around the perimeter. We strongly recommend that you use bungee cords to hang your banner. Grommets work best together, so we also strongly recommend using all of the grommets that come with your product—doing this will help prevent your banner from tearing.
Can I get wind slits in my banner?
We do not recommend wind slits in banners; therefore, we do not offer them.
Will my printed product look exactly the same as it does on my computer monitor?
Because computer displays can vary greatly in color representation, we cannot guarantee that the printed product will look precisely the same as it appears on your screen.
If you have concerns about color management, we do offer a color matching service for a fee. Reach out to customer service to get started on a color match proof.
Design & Design Tool
How do you use the Online Designer?
We have a wonderful blog post about how to use the designer with easy to follow instructions.
When will I see my proof?
After selecting the proof option, you will be emailed a proof that you must send a reply email of approval before your order goes into production. You will not be charged until you have approved your proof.
Can I include logos or graphics on my banner?
Yes, you can include logos and graphics to your banner design. You can either upload your own graphics, grab some clipart from our design tool or work with one of our knowledgeable customer service reps to create the design that you want.
How do I get in contact with a graphic designer to help me with my design?
You have two options to get design assistance. You can either select “Let Us Design” from the design method panel, or you can call customer service to speak with a live, friendly, and knowledgeable human.
Can I get a color match?
We offer color matching services for a fee. A color match proof will be generated for you. Please note that our printers only print in CMYK color, so if your file is in RGB, some color shifting will occur.
What file types can I upload using the design tool?
These are the acceptable files for printing.

- PDF (Adobe PDF)
- PSD (Adobe Photoshop)
- JPG (High Resolution JPEG)
- TIFF (High Resolution TIFF)

Is your printing done height by width (H x W) or width by height (W x H)?
The size orientation order that we use is height by width. It is denoted as H x W on our product pages.
Which file type works the best for my logo?
Logos are almost always vector files. Vector art is basically mathematically created lines and curves. This file type can be resized to large sizes without becoming pixelated.
Shipping & Returns
Can I track my banner shipment?
Once we ship your banner, we will provide you with a UPS tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.
Will you ship to a P.O. box?
No. Our shipping services do not ship to Post Office Boxes.
Can you ship to an address other than my billing address?
Yes. When you’re on the checkout page, select “Ship to a different address” as shown below.
What happens if I receive a damaged product? Do you have a warranty policy?
Yes, we have a warranty policy, but some conditions apply. Our products are designed for temporary applications. Properly installed products are designed to withstand exposure to natural elements.
However, elements that are beyond normal conditions can cause deterioration and failure. Extraordinary conditions include, but are not limited to: high winds, hail, ice, and other natural disasters.
If you do happen to experience a product failure due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of the purchase date, Banners.com will replace the product at full cost.
Any product that experiences a failure due to a manufacturing defect from 31 to 90 days after the purchase date, Banners.com will prorate your replacement cost.
