Six Customizable Banner Materials
Your banner is made with the finest materials available and printed using state-of-the-art, large-format printers for vibrant colors that pop. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature-sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex., a 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your customer service representative to discuss your specific application.

Made with a premium nylon/polyester blend material called Banner Soft. This fabric is ideal for indoor displays and has a low shine that produces a high-end look and feel.

| Adhesive Banners |
Standard Tack Vinyl: Standard tack vinyl can be used both indoors and outdoors, with an outdoor lifespan of 3 to 5 years when properly installed and maintained.
Extreme Tack Vinyl: Extreme Tack vinyl is white calendered vinyl material with a high tack adhesive that is specifically designed to adhere to low energy surfaces.

Heat Welded Hems & Grommets
Hems consist of one inch of the vinyl banner material folded over and heated together to form a strong hem. We recommend hems for all banners to increase durability.
You will have the following options when selecting hems and grommets:

Top and Bottom Only Hems – Standard finishing option for vinyl banners.

All Four Sides Hems – All 4 sides of the banner will be heat welded and grommeted.

Pole Pockets
Pole pockets consist of 2, 3, or 4 inches of material wrapped around the sides, top, or bottom of the banner.
- 2" Pole Pockets – fits a pole 3/4" in diameter
- 3" Pole Pockets – fits a pole 1 1/4" in diameter
- 4" Pole Pockets – fits a pole 1 1/2" in diameter
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner.
Pole pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners.
Reinforced Corners
Reinforced corners provide extra strength and are grommeted to each corner of the banner.
Reinforced Hems
Reinforced hems are a PVC-coated webbing which increases the strength of the banner.
You cannot have reinforced hems with pole pockets.
Double-Sided Banner Finishing
We can finish double-sided banners up to 150 square feet. Larger sizes require a custom quote.

Artwork Guidelines
The file that prints best is .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files.
If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
Artwork/Order Proofs
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that.
Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork and a summary of your order (including pricing),
as well as your billing and shipping information.
Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
Color Match Proof System
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System,
as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

Payment
All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
General Shipping Guidelines
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, the damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after the initial scheduled delivery.
International Shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS.

What material is used?
Graduation Banners are printed on 13-oz. vinyl gloss, 13-oz. vinyl matte, 18-oz. Heavy-duty matte vinyl as well as mesh, canvas and fabric materials.
How long will it last outdoors?
Our 13 oz vinyl material is intended to last 3-5 years when used outdoors and 7-10 years when used indoors.
How do I hang my Banner?
Our banners are finished with grommets in every corner and at intervals of 2-4 feet around the perimeter. We strongly recommend that you use bungee cords to hang your banner. Grommets work best together, so we also strongly recommend using all of the grommets that come with your product—doing this will help prevent your banner from tearing.
How do I best store my banner to keep reusing it?
To ensure longevity, roll the banner up and keep the printed side out to protect the inks. To prevent the banner from bending, store it in the box it was shipped in. You should also keep your banner out of extreme heat. Avoid windows or other direct sunlight to prevent the banner from fading.
Can I get a special size banner?
Yes! We can print vinyl banners seamlessly up to 16’ x 50’, but if you need a special size banner, then please contact us for a custom quote.
