Magnetic Sign Cut Options
The standard finishing option is rounded corners. When you select rounded corners, it provides better airflow over your magnet and reduces the chances of it coming off. Contour or square cut options are also available.
Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps— with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your magnet project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

What if I want to use my own artwork? Can I do that?
Absolutely! With our online designer tool, you can upload your own artwork or edit any of our premade templates!
Are bumper magnets okay to go through a car wash?
No. Due to the level of force and friction car wash brushes produce, there is a strong chance that they can damage or even strip the magnet entirely off of your vehicle. Because of this, we do NOT recommend that you keep your bumper magnet on through a car wash.
What types of cuts are available for your bumper magnets?
We offer 3 different types of cuts for our bumper magnets: square cut with and without rounded corners and a contour cut. For more information, hover over the "?" next to the "cut options" tab.
What types of surfaces work best with your magnets?
Magnets will only cling to ferromagnetic materials, such as iron, nickel, steel, and cobalt. However, due to differences in alloy composition, magnets will not stick to materials such as stainless steel or aluminum.
What exactly is bulk pricing?
Bulk pricing is when the quantity of the product you are purchasing influences the INDIVIDUAL unit cost. For you, this means the more you purchase, the more you will save!
Will bumper magnets damage painted surfaces?
No. Due to magnetic force, our bumper magnets can effortlessly cling to metallic surfaces and be repositioned without leaving any damage to your surface.
Can I write on my bumper magnet?
Yes, you can use a sharpie if you need a more permanent look or use a dry erase marker for a more temporary message. If you need to remove sharpie writing from your magnet, we suggest using a light chemical agent or warm soapy water for removal.
Is there a minimum amount I have to order?
Nope! You can order as few as 1 or as many as 1,000!
Can I have my bumper magnet follow the outline of my design?
Yes, you definitely can do this; we offer a process called die-cutting so the magnet follows the shape of your design. Our magnets are made in full bleed, so there won’t be any border that will interfere with a background surface.
What is the lifespan of your bumper magnets?
Our magnets can last 2-5 years, assuming proper care and installation.
Are your magnets compatible with all vehicles?
Our custom bumper magnets adhere effectively to the majority of vehicles, contingent upon the specific surface characteristics of the car.
