Double Sided Banner Material
All vinyl banners are digitally printed on high quality 13 oz scrim vinyl. Double sided banners are 2 separate banners that are hemmed and put together back to back. They are adhered using heat and grommets are placed every 2-4 feet around the perimeter.
- Banners are rated for indoor and outdoor use
- Double sided banners can be up to 6' by 30'
- Banners printed in full color: add unlimited text, graphics, clip art, logos, backgrounds and photographs

Artwork
Please note that if you design a banner online or upload a file we will use the same print on the front and back of the banner. If you need different images for the front and back of the banner, please work with a graphic designer.
Artwork Guidelines
Files that print best are .eps or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. If you don’t have access to or are unsure if you have a high-resolution file, our professional graphic designers will be happy to assist with this.
Order Proofs
If you are looking to be able to give your order one last look and make sure all the information and images are correct, requesting an order proof will allow you that benefit. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order including pricing, and your billing and shipping information. Please note if you receive a proof, you will need to email or call back your customer service representative with approval before your order will go into production.
Color Match Proof System
If your project is color critical, we highly recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. Double Sided Banner Production Times
Once your order is approved and payment is received standard production time is 3 business days. Large quantity orders and large banner orders may require more time in production. After your banner is finished with production it will be shipped via UPS.
**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. Your order will not be put into production until your credit card is approved.

Shipping Information
This Product is made in our Minnesota Facility ONLY.
All of our banners are guaranteed for quality and to be shipped on time. All banners ship UPS. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

We offer the following shipping methods:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Overnight
- UPS Overnight AM
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
