Four Customizable Banner Materials
Our outdoor banners are made from heavy-duty materials like vinyl and mesh, designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, including rain, wind, and UV exposure. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

| Is a one inch fold, heat welded hem with grommets typically added every 2 -4 feet. |
A thick weblike material (similar to what is used in seatbelts) is heat welded to the perimeter of the banner to provide additional reinforcment. |
A triangular piece of vinyl is applied to the corners of the banner and secured with grommets to improve both the strength and durability in the corners of the banner. |
A pocket or sleve added to the banner to allow for a dowel or pole to run through it for support. When selecting pole pockets there will be no increase in the finished size of the banner. |
Pole Pocket Finishing Options
- 2" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 3/4" in diameter
- 3" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/4" in diameter
- 4" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/2" in diameter
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
**Pole Pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners. Reinforced corners are not available on banners under 2 feet in height.
2 Sided Banner Finishing
We can finish 2 sided banners up to 150 square feet. For anything larger, please contact us. Double sided banners can only have pole pockets or hems and grommet finishing.
We do not recommend wind slits in banners, therefore we do not offer them. For more information as to why, visit our wind slit banners information page.
Artwork Guidelines
Use high-contrast colors and bold fonts to ensure your banner is readable from a distance. Collaborate with our professional design team for custom designs. The file that prints best is .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
Artwork/Order Proofs
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork and a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
Color Match Proof System
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.
Production Time Tables
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
1 Business Day Priority:
Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

Payment
All outdoor banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
General Shipping Guidelines
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, the damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after the initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping, please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
