Magnetic Sign Material
Before purchasing magnets please make sure the intended surface is magnetic receptive. Magnets won't stick to aluminum or plastic vehicle body panels.

Magnetic Sign Cut Options
The standard finishing option is rounded corners. When you select rounded corners, it provides better airflow over your magnet and reduces the chances of it coming off. Contour or square cut options are also available.
Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps— with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your magnet project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.

What types of cuts are available for your photo magnets?
We offer 3 different types of cuts for our photo magnets: square cut with and without rounded courners and a contour cut. For more information, hover over the "?" next to the "cut options" tab.
What types of surfaces work best with your magnets?
Magnets will only cling to ferromagnetic materials, such as iron, nickel, steel, and cobalt. However, due to differences in alloy composition, magnets will not stick to materials such as stainless steel or aluminum.
What material do you use for your photo magnets?
We offer two different materials, both of which come with a protective scratch and water-resistant laminate:
- Standard 30 mil magnetic material.
- Reflective 30 mil magnetic material.
Can I write on my magnet?
Yes, you can use a sharpie if you need a more permanent look or use a dry erase marker for a more temporary message. If you need to remove sharpie writing from your magnet, we suggest using a light chemical agent or warm soapy water for removal.
Do these magnets use a special kind of photo paper?
Nope. Similar to custom graphics, the photos are printed directly on the magnetic material, and then a layer of lamination is applied on top to help protect the graphic from moisture, scratching, and fading.
Can your magnets get wet if it has a photo on it?
Yes, all of our magnets come equipped with a water-resistant laminate.
What is the lifespan of your photo magnets?
Our magnets can last 2-5 years assuming proper care and installation.
