Magnetic Sign Cut Options
The standard finishing option is rounded corners. When you select rounded corners, it provides better airflow over your magnet and reduces the chances of it coming off. Contour or square cut options are also available.
Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps— with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your magnet project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Yes. In our online designer, you can upload your own artwork/photos and customize your design, or start from one of our premade templates and edit it.
What material are your photo magnets made from?
We offer two 30 mil magnetic materials—Standard and Reflective— both include a protective, scratch-resistant and water-resistant laminate.
Do your photo magnets use photo paper?
No. Your photo/design is printed directly onto the magnetic material, then laminated to help protect against moisture, scratches, and fading.
Can I choose different cut shapes for my photo magnets?
We offer three cut types: square (sharp corners), square (rounded corners), and custom contour cut. For details, hover over the “?” next to Cut Options in the product settings.
What surfaces do magnets stick to best?
Magnets cling to ferromagnetic metals like steel, iron, nickel, and cobalt. They typically won’t stick to aluminum, plastic, glass, or many types of stainless steel (stainless varies by alloy).
Can photo magnets get wet?
Yes. All magnets include a water-resistant laminate to help protect the print from moisture.
Can I write on my magnet?
Yes. Use a Sharpie for permanent writing or a dry-erase marker for temporary notes. To remove Sharpie, try warm soapy water; if needed, use a light cleaning agent.
How long do photo magnets last?
With proper care and installation, our photo magnets last up to 5 years.
