Q: How do you use the Online Designer?

Q: When will I see my Proof?
A: When you place an online order for your custom sign, you will have the option to receive a PDF proof or have your order go straight into production after we receive payment. If you select the proof option, you will be emailed a proof that you must approve via email prior to your order being put into production. The proof contains an image of your product, billing and shipping information and payment information. You will not be charged until you approve your proof. Our customer service hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Q: What are the standard sizes for Yard Signs?
A: The most common sizes for yard signs are 12” x 18” and 18” x 24”, but we offer a variety of lawn sign sizes that range from 12” x 12” to 48” x 96”.
Q: How do I install my yard signs?
A: Installation of custom yard signs is extremely easy as the sign itself is lightweight and the wire stakes are designed to easily insert into your lawn. To get started, take your wire stake and insert it into the flutes of your lawn sign, then insert the stakes into the ground at the desired height you wish for your yard sign to be displayed at.
Q: Do I have to give you my credit card information online?
A: No! Although the Banners.com ordering system uses secure technology, we understand if you prefer to provide your credit card information by phone. Q: Can I track my product shipment?
A: Yes! We update the status of your product order every step of the way with our Live Order Tracking system. Once we ship your product, you can track the delivery with the provided UPS tracking number
