Six Customizable Banner Materials

Your banner is made with the finest materials available and printed using state-of-the-art, large-format printers for vibrant colors that pop. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.

Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature-sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex., a 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your customer service representative to discuss your specific application.

Vinyl Banner Finishing Options

Hems & Grommets	Reinforced Hems	Reinforced Corners	Pole Pockets
These are a one inch fold, heat-welded hem with grommets typically added every 2-4 feet.	A thick, weblike material (similar to what is used in seatbelts) is heat-welded to the perimeter of the banner to provide additional reinforcement.	A triangular piece of vinyl is applied to the corners of the banner and secured with grommets to improve both the strength and durability in the corners of the banner.	A pocket or sleeve added to the banner to allow for a dowel or pole to run through it for support. When selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of the banner.

Heat Welded Hems & Grommets

Hems consist of one inch of the vinyl banner material folded over to the backside of the banner and heated together to form a clean and strong one-inch hem. We recommend having hems for all banners to increase the strength and durability of the banner.

You will have the following options when selecting hems and grommets for your banners:

Top and Bottom Only Hems - This is our standard finishing option for vinyl banners. The top and bottom of every banner will be heat welded and grommeted.	All Four Sides Hems - This is another common finishing option for vinyl banners. All 4 sides of the banner will be heat welded and grommeted.

Artwork Guidelines

The file that prints best is .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.

Production Time Tables

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

1 Business Day Priority:

Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

2 Business Days Express:

Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.

5 Business Days Saver:

If you’re not in a rush, then you can save some money by choosing our 5-Days Saver option.

Payment

General Shipping Guidelines

If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.

After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.

Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, the damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after the initial scheduled delivery.

International shipping Notes:

For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.
