Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.
Color Match Proof System
We are continually improving our color controls and profiling to ensure the most accurate colors in the industry. However, due to many factors including file setup, display variances, print technology, RIP software, and a specific substrate, nominal color variances are common.
If your project is color critical, we highly recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the only way to 100% ensure color matching for your specific project. We have a team of friendly Customer Service Representatives who are all professional graphic designers to assist you with any questions you might have about your design colors.
For a fee of $45, we can produce a scaled-down print of your design on the product material you want to purchase and ship it to you free via UPS Ground. This includes a match of one color. Each additional color you wish to match will incur a $10 additional fee, with a max out at $100.
If you receive your sample print and are still not satisfied with any of the color options given, we can adjust the colors and reprint the sample until we get it right.
A vector file of your graphic is required for us to adjust the colors and provide alternative options for you to choose from.
During the checkout process, you can choose to have your artwork go straight into production after payment is received* or have an artwork proof emailed to you. The proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order, pricing information, and your billing and shipping information. If you select an additional proof, you will have to email or call the customer service representative back with approval before your order will go into production.
*We review all artwork before putting it into production. If we notice that the quality of your artwork is too low for production, we will email you even if you didn't select the additional artwork proof.

Razor Flag Product Options
There are several different types of bases available for your flag(s).
3 Leg Economy Base
The 3 Leg Economy Base is intended for indoor use.
This base is only recommended for use with the 6' Tear Drop or 7' Razor Flags.
4 Leg Standard Base
||The 4 Leg Standard Base is intended for indoor use.
Heavy Duty Cross Foot Base
||The Heavy Duty Cross Foot Base is intended for indoor or outdoor use.
||The Spike Base is intended for outdoor use.

How to Order Razor Flags
Due to the complexity of the product, Razor Flags are only available using the "Let us Design" option. You can still place your order online, but we will send you an artwork proof to verify that everything is correct with your order before we sent it to production.
- Select the quantity (per artwork file)
- Choose your finishing options
- Click "Let us Design"
- A pop-up window will open.
- If you already designed your product using our templates, you can upload your file and provide any additional comments.
- If you would like our designers to create your artwork, upload any files you want to be included on the razor flag and provide instructions for our us.
You will receive an artwork proof from us after you place your order. The proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order, pricing information, and your billing and shipping information. You will have to email the customer service representative back with approval before your order will go into production.

If you would like to design your own razor flags, you can download our template and upload it. We will check the artwork and send you a proof to verify that everything looks ok before we will send the order into production.

Razor Flags Production Process
Once we receive your order, a customer service representative will begin to process your order.
- We will check the artwork to make sure it is high quality enough for production
- If we notice that your artwork is too low quality for production we will email you letting you know about the issue
- Artwork approval - we will send you a proof you will need to approve by emailing us or calling us back with verbal confirmation
After we receive final approval, we will charge the credit card. You will receive an invoice from accounting a business day after we receive payment.
The standard production time for Razor Flags is 5 business days. Large quantity orders and large orders may require more time in production.
After the Razor Flags is finished in production it will be shipped via UPS.
This Product is made in our Minnesota Facility ONLY.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.
Orders shipping internationally may be subjected to additional customs fees.
**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.
