17 foot Razor Flag Material
Razor flags are printed using a direct dye sublimation printing process on our Flag material. Direct dye sublimation printing means that the ink goes through the material instead of just sitting on top of the material.
Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.
What is the lifespan of your 17 foot Razor flags?
With proper care and installation, our custom made 17 foot razor flags have an outdoor life span of 3 to 6 months. We do however recommend that you take your flag down and store indoors during inclement weather to help increase its lifespan.
Do your 17 foot razor flags come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on a prorated monthly basis for our 17 foot razor flags.
For example, a prorated warranty on a 17 foot razor flag that fails 2 months after proper installment will be replaced and we will cover 33% of the replacement cost for a new 17 foot razor flag.

Artwork Guidelines
Files that print best are .eps files converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. If you don’t have access to or are unsure if you have a high-resolution file, our professional graphic designers will be happy to assist with this.
Order Proofs
If you are looking to be able to give your order one last look and make sure all the information and images are correct, requesting an order proof will allow you that benefit. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order including pricing, and your billing and shipping information. Please note if you receive a proof, you will need to email or call back your customer service representative with approval before your order will go into production.
Color Match Proof System
If your project is color critical, we highly recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. How to Order Razor Flags
Online
Due to the complexity of the product, Razor Flags are only available using the "Let us Design" option. You can still place your order online, but we will send you an artwork proof to verify that everything is correct with your order before we sent it to production.
- Select the quantity (per artwork file)
- Choose your finishing options
- Click "Let us Design"
- A pop-up window will open.
- If you already designed your product using our templates, you can upload your file and provide any additional comments.
- If you would like our designers to create your artwork, upload any files you want to be included on the razor flag and provide instructions for our us.
Artwork Proofs
You will receive an artwork proof from us after you place your order. The proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order, pricing information, and your billing and shipping information. You will have to email the customer service representative back with approval before your order will go into production.
Design Your Own
If you would like to design your own razor flags, you can download our template and upload it. We will check the artwork and send you a proof to verify that everything looks ok before we will send the order into production.

Razor Flags Production Process
Approval Process
Once we receive your order, a customer service representative will begin to process your order.
- We will check the artwork to make sure it is high quality enough for production
- If we notice that your artwork is too low quality for production we will email you letting you know about the issue
- Artwork approval - we will send you a proof you will need to approve by emailing us or calling us back with verbal confirmation
Billing
After we receive final approval, we will charge the credit card. You will receive an invoice from accounting a business day after we receive payment.
Production Time Tables
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
3 Business Days Express:
Need your product faster? 3 Day Express is for you.
- Orders approves after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day,
- Emergency/same day rushes are available in some cases, Please speak with a customer service representative today for more information,
- Note: The time it will take to receive your product includes the production time as well as the shipping time.
- Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If an order is flagged in our prepress department or a proof is requested awaiting approval, turnaround starts from the time the approval is given.
5 Business Days Saver:
This is our most popular fabric turnaround option. Free and fast enough for most custom orders

Economy Shipping
