Dye Sublimation Banner Printing Process
Dye sublimation printing is a heat-transfer process. The artwork is first printed onto a release paper using sublimation dyes, then that paper is pressed against a polyester fabric under high heat (typically 375 to 400 degrees Fahrenheit) and pressure.
