Custom Vinyl Banner Materials: Choose Matte, Gloss, Heavy-Duty, Mesh, Fabric & Adhesive
Select a material for your custom vinyl banner based on where it will hang—indoor retail, trade shows, outdoor signage, or windy exteriors. Every option is printed on large-format equipment for sharp, full-color graphics and is manufactured in the USA.
Size variance: Vinyl expands and contracts with heat during printing, finishing, and outdoor conditions. Finished sizes may vary by up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (for example, a 5′ banner may finish within about 2.5″). Need exact dimensions for a frame or hardware? Heat-welded hems & grommets
Hems fold 1″ of material and heat-seal it for a strong edge. We recommend hems on most vinyl banner orders to reduce edge stress during install and takedown.

Pole pockets
2″, 3″, or 4″ pockets wrap the top, bottom, or sides so a pole or rod slides through—no grommets needed through the pocket area.
- 2″ pole pockets – fits poles up to 3/4″ diameter
- 3″ pole pockets – fits poles up to 1 1/4″ diameter
- 4″ pole pockets – fits poles up to 1 1/2″ diameter
Pole pockets do not increase the finished banner size you order.

Reinforced corners
Extra vinyl at each corner with grommets—helps prevent corner tears on large banners and rope-through installs.
Reinforced hems
Webbing bonded into the hem for maximum edge strength—best for oversized outdoor banners and repeated seasonal installs.
Cannot be combined with pole pockets.
Double-sided banner finishing
Double-sided banners can be finished up to 150 sq ft. Larger sizes need a custom quote.

Print-ready artwork guidelines
For the cleanest output on custom vinyl banner printing, submit vector art as .EPS with fonts converted to outlines. We also accept high-resolution PDF or JPG files when images and type are embedded at sufficient quality. Not sure your file is print-ready? Our prepress team can review and advise before production.
Artwork & order proofs
Request an order proof to confirm artwork, size, finishing, pricing, and ship-to details before we print. Your proof includes a low-resolution preview plus an order summary (including billing/shipping). Production starts after you approve—if you request a proof, we hold the job until we receive your approval.

Payment Options for Custom Vinyl Banner Orders
Pay before production starts
Your custom vinyl banner order must be paid in full before we print. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept checks; your check must arrive and clear before production begins. How to pay by check for online orders
Card charges after approval: If you pay by card, we do not charge your card until you approve your order (and your proof, if you requested one).
Shipping for Custom Vinyl Banners: Carriers, Tracking & Delivery
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, the damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after the initial scheduled delivery.
International Shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS.

What materials are your golf banners made from?
You have 5 options that you are able to choose from for your Custom Golf Banners. If you choose vinyl, you are able to choose from our 13oz gloss vinyl or our 13-oz matte vinyl, or our heavy-duty 18-oz vinyl banner material. Our two other options include mesh or our fabric Banner Soft material.
If you are curious about the differences in these material types, we encourage you to order one of our FREE sample packets that will allow you to see, feel, and know the material that you are ordering before your golf banner heads into production.
What are the finishing options for these customized banners?
Each custom banner that we print comes with a variety of finishing options to help ensure that your banner comes to you exactly how you need it.
You can choose from (1) hems and grommets, (2) reinforced hems, (3) reinforced corners, and/or (4) pole pockets to add as finishing options to your banner. If you choose pole pockets for your golf banner, please note that reinforced hems are corners that cannot be selected with pole pockets.

Do you offer single or double sided banners?
Yes! We offer both single sided banners, and double sided banners.
Are these golf banners weather resistant?
Yes! These customized banners are water resistant and can withstand wind and rain well, depending on the material that you choose.
Can I get a proof of my design before it goes into production?
Absolutely! Once you customize your golf banner, you will have an option to receive an emailed proof before your order is sent into production. You also have the option to approve the banner as shown on your computer screen, and send it into production right away.
How should I properly store the golf banner that I ordered?
When your banner is not in use, we recommend rolling up your banner to decrease any creasing or physical wear. We also recommend that you store your banner in a cool, dry place to avoid water damage to the material, as well as ensuring that it is out of any direct sunlight that could affect the artwork over time.
How do I remove wrinkles from my banner?
A great way to remove your wrinkles from your vinyl banner is to use a portable steamer! Because our banners are water resistant and weather resistant, using a steamer is a great tool to remove any wrinkles that you may have found from folding the banner.
