What are oversized banners?
Oversized Banners are large printed banners that are longer or wider than 8’. There are many situations where these oversized banners are necessary. Big venues require big signage in order to ensure maximum visibility. Our oversized banners are not only cost effective for their size, but they also ensure your message stands out in any crowd.
What is the largest banner size for your oversized banners?
We offer a wide range of sizes to cover expansive surfaces, with full customization options to match your branding needs. The largest possible oversized Banner that you can order is 16’ x 50’. These big banners will get your message to people a mile away. The smallest that our banners can get is 8.5’ x 8.5’, and then there is everything in between these sizes. If you would like anything smaller, we have smaller options available on our Vinyl Banners page.
How are your oversized banners printed?
Our big banner printing service delivers oversized banners in vibrant full color using UV-resistant ink. Choose from high-quality 13 oz scrim vinyl or durable 8 oz polyester mesh for your huge banner printing needs.
Can oversize banners be printed double-sided?
We do not currently offer Oversized Banners to be printed on both the front and back. We do have options available for double-sided banners, just in options smaller than 6’ x 30’
What other types of banners do you offer? Do you offer fabric or canvas banners?
We offer a wide variety of banner options such as fabric banners and canvas banners. But we also offer pop up banners, championship banners, text only banners, step and repeat banners, double-sided banners, and pole banners.
Installation & Product Care FAQs
What are some common uses for large vinyl signs?
Common uses for our oversized banners include football games, city/town wide events, and anything else where you would need to reach people sitting from far away. These extra large vinyl banners are also great for hanging as billboards, advertising your business to all passersby. They are also great for supporting your cause of choice. If you do a lot of advocacy, designing your own custom oversized banner can spread your message much further than otherwise.
How should I go about installing my oversized banner?
Oversized banner options include hems & grommets or pole pockets. If you select the hems and grommets, we recommend using ball bungees on ALL grommets provided. This will evenly distribute the tension so that the banner is as clean and unwrinkled as possible.
The other hanging option is with our pole pockets. By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.

How do I properly store my banner?
When your custom oversized banner is not being used, make sure that you roll the banner up. Keep the printed side out when you roll the banner to protect the inks. To prevent the banner from bending, you should keep the box it was shipped in and store it in there. You should also keep your banner out of extreme heat. Avoid windows or other direct sunlight.
How do I clean my banner?
Your oversized banner might require occasional cleaning. If you are going to wash your Oversized Banner, use lukewarm water. You can add dish soap to the water. Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials like power washers and brushes. Only use soft towels to avoid scratching the banner and ruining the prints.
How do I remove wrinkles from my vinyl banner?
After receiving your oversized banner, you may notice it has some creases or wrinkles. This is due to it being folded up and boxed for shipping. If you wish to get rid of these unsightly wrinkles, we recommend two options.
The first and least hands-on approach is to simply unroll your banners and place them in the hot sun for a few hours and the wrinkles should come out.
The second option is more of a hands-on approach, and we recommend using a clothing steamer with a refillable water tank. Simply just use the steamer much like you would with a piece of clothing and this steamer should take the wrinkles right out!
