What are fast banners?
Fast banners is an order option that allows for a 1-day production time. So if you have a surprise birthday party sneaking up on you, this option could be for you. This option provides a 1-day production time, but shipping times may still vary depending on various weather conditions and times of year.
What material are your fast banners made of?
We offer five different options for your fast banner’s material. Our most commonly used material is our 13 oz vinyl material. 13 oz vinyl is durable and the material naturally makes colors pop which presents your image with a bright, shiny appearance. This 13 oz vinyl material comes with a gloss or matte finish.
We also have a heavy duty 18 oz vinyl material. This material is heavier and more durable, so it is best used outdoors with limited wind. For heavier wind, our mesh material would be ideal to use. The mesh material has holes placed throughout the banner so that air may pass through, while the image is still visible and vibrant so it may be eye-catching enough. The last material we offer is made of fabric. Our fabric-soft material gives a softer look to your banner, and it will flow and flap about in the wind. So if you’re looking for more of a regal look, fabric material should work great for you.

Can I have my artwork printed on the front and back of the banner?
Yes! We can print our fast banners both single and double-sided. Just click the drop-down menu in the second step of the ordering process and select double-sided.
Do you offer large banners? Will my large banner have seams?

Installation & Product Care FAQs
How should fast banners be hung?
Your banner can have hems and grommets, as well as pole pockets. If you choose the hems and grommets option, we recommend installing ball bungees on ALL grommets offered. As a result, the pressure will be distributed evenly, resulting in a clean, wrinkle-free banner.
Another way is with our pole pockets. If you choose pole pockets, your banner's finished size will not be affected. 2", 3", or 4" pole pockets are available. We don't advocate placing any text or images inside 3 inches of the banner's edge while using pole pockets.

How do I clean my banner?
Your customized banner might require occasional cleaning. If you are going to wash your banner, use lukewarm water. You can add dish soap to the water. Avoid using abrasive cleaning materials like power washers and brushes. You should only use soft towels to avoid scratching the banner and ruining the prints.

How do I remove wrinkles from my banner?
After receiving your banner, you may notice it has some creases or wrinkles. This is due to it being rolled up and stored for shipping. If you wish to get rid of these unsightly wrinkles from your custom banner, we recommend two options.
The first and least hands-on approach is to simply unroll your banners and place them in the hot sun for a few hours and the wrinkles should come out.
The second option is more of a hands-on approach, and we recommend using a clothing steamer with a refillable water tank. Simply just use the steamer much like you would with a piece of clothing and this steamer should take the wrinkles right out!
