Mesh Banner Material for Outdoor Fence Applications
Your mesh banner is constructed with the finest materials available and printed using state-of-the-art, large-format printers for vibrant colors that remain visible through mesh construction. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.
8oz PVC Polyester Mesh Construction
Made with 8 oz PVC polyester mesh material that features a criss-crossed breathable scrim allowing 37% airflow. This mesh construction is specifically engineered for outdoor and windy conditions where solid vinyl banners would create dangerous wind loads on fence structures.
The mesh material maintains excellent print clarity while providing the wind-resistance necessary for safe fence installation in high-wind environments.
Size Variance Note: Exact sizes of mesh banners cannot be guaranteed. Mesh material is temperature-sensitive, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate conditions. Our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (example: a 5' mesh banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your fence installation requires precise measurements, please discuss your specific application with your customer service representative.
Wind-Resistant Finishing Options for Mesh Banner Installation
Professional finishing options are essential for secure mesh banner installation on fences, construction sites, and outdoor structures. Choose the finishing method that best suits your installation requirements.

| These are a one inch fold, heat-welded hem with grommets typically added every 2-4 feet. |
A thick, weblike material (similar to what is used in seatbelts) is heat-welded to the perimeter of the banner to provide additional reinforcement. |
A triangular piece of vinyl is applied to the corners of the banner and secured with grommets to improve both the strength and durability in the corners of the banner. |
A pocket or sleeve added to the banner to allow for a dowel or pole to run through it for support. When selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of the banner. |
Heat Welded Hems & Grommets
Hems consist of one inch of the vinyl banner material folded over to the backside of the banner and heated together to form a clean and strong one-inch hem. We recommend having hems for all banners to increase the strength and durability of the banner.
You will have the following options when selecting hems and grommets for your banners:
| Top and Bottom Only Hems - This is our standard finishing option for vinyl banners. The top and bottom of every banner will be heat welded and grommeted. |
All Four Sides Hems - This is another common finishing option for vinyl banners. All 4 sides of the banner will be heat welded and grommeted. |

Pole Pockets
Pole pockets consist of 2 inches, 3 inches, or 4 inches of material wrapped around the sides, top, or bottom of the banner. The vinyl banner material is folded over the backside of the banner similar to hems, but there is room for a pole or rod to go through the pocket.
You will have the following pole pocket finishing options for your banners:
- 2" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 3/4" in diameter
- 3" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/4" in diameter
- 4" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/2" in diameter
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3", or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
**Pole Pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners. Reinforced corners are not available on banners under 2 feet in height.
Reinforced Corners
Reinforced corners provide extra strength for the banner. The corners have a reinforced hem and are grommeted to each corner of the banner. You cannot have reinforced corners with pole pockets.
Reinforced Hems
Reinforced hems are a 1 3/16" PVC-coated webbing which increases the strength of the banner. The vinyl banner is cut to size, and the reinforcements are heat-welded to the backside of the banner.
We recommend having reinforced hems and reinforced corners on banners over 32 square feet that will be used outdoors or if the banner will be used in a high-wind environment.
**You can not have reinforced hems with pole pockets.
Double-Sided Banner Finishing
We can finish double-sided banners up to 150 square feet. For anything larger, please contact us. Double-sided banners can only have pole pockets or hems and grommet finishing.

- File Format: PDF, AI, EPS, or high-resolution JPEG/PNG
- Resolution: 150 DPI at full size minimum for mesh banner printing
- Color Mode: CMYK for accurate color reproduction
- Bleed Area: Include 2" bleed on all sides for finishing
- Safe Zone: Keep important text and graphics 4" from edges
Artwork Proof Process
Every mesh banner order includes a digital proof for your approval before production begins. Our graphic design team reviews all artwork for print quality and will contact you if adjustments are needed for optimal mesh banner results.

Color Match Proof System

- Note: The time it will take to receive your product includes the production time as well as the shipping time.
- Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If an order is flagged in our prepress department or a proof is requested awaiting approval, turnaround starts from the time the approval is given.

Fastest production available for urgent fence installations and construction deadlines. Artwork must be approved by 11 AM CST for same-day production start.
2 Business Days Express:
Expedited production for time-sensitive outdoor installations. Balances quick turnaround with cost-effectiveness for most fence banner projects.
3 Business Days Standard:
