About Replacement Material:
Vinyl Replacements are printed on high quality 13oz or 15oz scrim material. The scrim vinyl is a woven fiber inside the material that gives the banner extra strength.
Fabric Replacement - Our Banner Soft material is our fabric option for banner stands. The material offers a matte finish with vibrant print colors. The edges of the fabric will be cut with a hot knife to prevent fraying when rolled in and out of the retractor. We recommend you be very careful when retracting the banner as some fraying may still happen.

Vinyl replacements are digitally printed in full color. You can select one of our banner templates to customize in the online designer with our backgrounds, clip-art, and text. You can also upload your own images.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5 ft banner could finish with a 2.5 inch variance). If your banner size needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

Create Your Product
Files that print best are .eps or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers would be happy to assist you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information and images, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order including pricing, and your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
Color Match Proof System
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

Replacement Production Times
Once your replacement is approved and payment is received standard production time for Vinyl is 2 business days. Production time on Fabric is 3-5 business days. Large quantity orders and large replacement orders may require more time in production.
Please contact a customer service representative if you have a large quantity order as it may require additional days in production.

If you request an additional proof, a customer service representative will email you a proof of the order for confirmation. This email will come from an @banners.com email, so please check your spam filter to ensure delivery of proof. Please note that your order will not go into production until after you have received and approved your proof with your rep.
All vinyl banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see our blog. We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.
Please note we have a minimum order of $35.00 in product.

This Product will be produced in our Minnesota or Las Vegas facilities, whichever is more beneficial to the customer's experience based on customer location and product specifications.
All vinyl banners ship via UPS. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground. We offer the following shipping methods:
- UPS Ground
- UPS 3 Day Select
- UPS 2nd Day Air
- UPS Overnight
- UPS Overnight AM
Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. Please note, due to UPS shipping restrictions, banners that exceed 8' in both directions will generally be folded for shipping (billboards, large backdrops etc.)

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.
Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
