Custom Yard Signs Overview and Ordering
All signs greater than 32" x 48" in any direction are automatically scored and folded. To score coroplast signs, we cut through the top layer without cutting through the entire piece so signs can be folded for shipping.

Corrugated Plastic Yard Sign Materials and Finishing
Our custom yard signs are digitally printed in full color on durable 4mm white corrugated plastic (coroplast). This lightweight, weather-resistant material is designed for outdoor use and long-lasting visibility.
Coroplast has hollow flutes, similar to cardboard, and can be printed single-sided or double-sided based on your visibility needs.
Trim tolerance: coroplast signs are cut 1/8" on each side for finishing. Example: an 18" x 24" sign will finish at approximately 17.75" x 23.75". If exact dimensions are critical, contact customer service before ordering.

• 1/2" white margin or full bleed (ink to edge)

Print-Ready Artwork Specifications for Yard Signs
For best print quality, we recommend .eps files converted to outlines. We also accept high-resolution .pdf and .jpg files. If you are unsure about file quality, our professional designers can help.
Artwork and Order Proofs
If you want to verify details before printing, request an order proof. Your proof includes a low-resolution artwork preview plus order details (pricing, billing, and shipping). If a proof is requested, production starts after your approval.
Color Match Proof System
If color accuracy is critical, we recommend our Color Match Proof System. Contact customer service for details and availability.
Fast Yard Sign Production Times (1-5 Business Days)
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
- Orders approved after 5:00 PM CST will be processed the following business day.
- Emergency/same day rushes are available in some cases. Please speak with a customer service representative today for more information.
- Note: The time it will take to receive your product includes the production time as well as the shipping time.
- Turnaround starts from the time the file upload is complete. If an order is flagged in our prepress department or a proof is requested awaiting approval, turnaround starts from the time the approval is given.
1 Business Day Priority:
Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.
2 Business Days Express:
Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!
3 Business Days Standard:
This is our most popular fast turnaround option. Free and speedy enough for almost any custom order.
5 Business Days Saver:
If you’re not in a rush, then you can save some money by choosing our 5-Days Saver option.

Yard Sign Shipping Times, Methods, and Tracking
If you have shipping questions before ordering, call customer service at (320) 391-5300. Unless otherwise requested, orders ship via UPS Ground.
UPS Ground reaches approximately 90% of U.S. destinations in 1-3 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your package ships.
Shipping rates are based on package weight and destination. Additional shipping charges may apply to larger orders.
After shipment, all carrier terms apply to lost or delayed packages. We cannot refund product cost for carrier delays outside our control.
If products are damaged in transit, damaged goods must be returned before a replacement is issued.
Lost packages are replaced after carrier confirmation, typically 7-10 business days after the initial delivery date.
International Shipping
For international shipments, customers must provide shipping labels and customs documentation. We currently accept international labels from USPS and UPS.

How to Make a Custom Yard Sign Online
You do not need any design experience to create an awesome looking yard sign online. Follow our directions below to create your printed yard signs in just a couple of minutes.
Step 1: Choose the Size and Quantity of Yard Signs (per artwork file)
We have the most common yard sign sizes available in the drop down menu. The maximum yard sign size is 48 inches by 96 inches. If you don't see your size or quantity available in the drop down menus, then you can get a custom yard sign quote by clicking the link and filling in the information.
Step 2: Choose the Yard Sign Options
The standard finishing option for yard signs is a 1/2" white edge around the perimeter of the sign. You can also get a full bleed finish, which means the color is printed all the way to the edge of the sign.
Your yard sign can either be single or double-sided. If you select the double sided option the same image will be printed on both sides of the sign. If you have arrows, we will make sure the arrows are printed in the right direction. You can also have wire stakes or H-stakes added to your order.
Step 3: Choose your Design Method
There are three different ways you can order yard signs online.
Pick a Template: You can browse our template categories from the template dropdown menu. There are political templates, sales templates, sports templates, business templates and more.
- Once you have found a template you would like to customize, click on the "customize template" link to go into our online designer. You can add text, add clip art images, upload an image or add a background. We have hundreds of high quality background images and clip art images to choose from.
- Once your design is complete, click on the "Accept Design" button to complete your online order.
Upload a File: If you've already designed your yard sign design you can upload your file for print. Click on the "Upload a File" button.
- A popup window will appear where you can upload your image. We accept .ai, .eps, .pdf or high resolution .tiff or .jpg files. All files must be under 100 MB to upload.
- Once your file is uploaded it will take you into the online designer where you will confirm that you have uploaded the correct file. Click on the "Accept Design" button to complete your online order.
Let us Design: We have a team of graphic designers who can help you with your artwork designs. Click on the "Let Us Design" button.
- You will be able to upload any files or logos that you want included on the yard sign. You will need to provide instructions for the graphic designer. Click on the "Add to Cart" button to complete your online order.
- A graphic designer will put together an artwork proof and email it to you for your approval. You will not be charged until you approve the artwork.
