Fence Banners
Fence banners are available in multiple materials. We can print your fence banner or wrap in either our 8oz mesh material or in our 13oz scrim vinyl or our 18oz heavy duty scrim vinyl. Please read below for more information about our fence banner and wrap materials.
Mesh Fence Banner Material
The mesh material is on 8 oz PVC polyester with a 37% air-flow. There are crisscrossed fibers which create a printable surface. You can see through this material to some extent, but you can still see the printed graphic.
Most commonly used outdoors such as a displayed at a construction site or ball field fences. We can print full-color images and text, while also printing graphics and logos.
Solid Scrim Vinyl Fence Banner Materials
Vinyl banners are printed on high-quality 13oz scrim vinyl banner material or 18oz heavy duty scrim vinyl banner material. The scrim vinyl is a woven fiber inside the material that gives the banner extra strength and durability. You can use fence banners both indoor and outdoor for many different occasions.
Vinyl banners are digitally-printed in full color. You can select one of our banner templates to customize in the online designer with backgrounds, clip-art and text. You can also upload your own images.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

Fence Banner & Fence Wrap Finishing Options
Fence banners and wraps are finished with heat-welded hems and grommets. The hems are folded behind the banner, then heated until the material welds together. Grommets are placed every 2–4 feet around the perimeter of the banner. The grommets are used to help hang the banner.

Artwork Guidelines
The file that prints best is .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
Artwork/Order Proofs
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork and a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
Color Match Proof System
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.
Production Time Tables
We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.
1 Business Day Priority:
Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

2 Business Days Express:
Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

Payment
All fence banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
General Shipping Guidelines
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, the damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after the initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping
If choosing economy shipping, please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5–10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
