Event Pole Banners - Double Sided Pole Banners
Pole banners can be used to decorate your city streets for events! You can get pole banners with the name of your city and event. You can also get pole banners for seasonal events, holidays, community events, business events, or anything else you have going on.
Double sided pole banners have printing on both sides of the material. There is a pole pocket at the top of the banner and at the bottom of the banner. The pole banners also have a grommet in all four corners.
The pole banners are typically attached to street lamps and poles using a bracket system. If you are interested in a bracket system, please contact a customer service representative.
We have several templates available for you to customize in the online designer. You can choose from our wide selection of backgrounds and clip art images. You can also add text and upload your own images in the online designer. You can also upload your own print ready files, or have one of our graphic designers create your artwork for you.

Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
For pole banner artwork, we recommend placing any imagery or wording at least 1" in from where the pole packets will be placed.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.
At Banners.com, we offer flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need to order.

Please note: the time it will take to receive your product includes the production time as well as shipping time.
All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.

Banners.com ships throughout the United States and Internationally. Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.
Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
Pole Banner Material
Your banner is made with the finest materials available and printed using state-of-the-art, large format printers for vibrant colors that pop. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.
|13 oz Matte Vinyl Banners
Our high-quality 13oz matte vinyl banner material is our most popular banner material. It has a low shine and rich color gamut.
|18 oz Vinyl Banners
Our extra heavy duty matte 18oz vinyl banner material is our toughest material. It has a low luster, blockout coating for extra durability and print quality.
Sunbrella is the industry standard material used for awnings, tents and canopies. With excellent outdoor durability and vibrant print quality, we have taken these benefits and applied them to our Pole Banner product line! Our Sunbrella pole banner fabric is a premium solution for your parking lot and street light pole banners. There is no better material available for longevity and appearance.
• The max print size is 96" height x 36" width
• Pole banners are printed double sided with pole pockets at the top and bottom
• Two hardware options are available: Standard Bracket System (We recommend only up to 24" as any larger size should use our Wind Deflecting Hardware) and Wind Deflecting Bracket System.
Pole banners are intended to be used with adjustable hardware. Most commercial banner hardware is adjustable and we do not recommend our product to be used with any non-adjustable/stationary hardware and we will not be held liable if your product doesn't fit. During the printing process, the banners are heated and cooled which may cause the material to expand or shrink, thus we cannot guarantee an exact fit.
