Rectangle flags are printed using a direct dye-sublimation printing process on our flag material. Direct dye-sublimation printing means that the ink goes through the material instead of just sitting on top of the material.
Our fabric material is temperature sensitive and due to the printing process it can expand and contract due to heat or cold. Because of this we cannot guarantee the exact size of any fabric product due to temperature fluctuations. We are not responsible for any product received that is too small or big for your purposes. If the size needs to be precise, such as if it is being installed into an existing frame or hardware, please express this to your CSR to discuss your specific application.
Heavy Duty Cross Foot Base
Vector-based file types will print best, such as .eps files — with fonts converted to outlines. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to design your own rectangle flags, you can download our template and upload it. We will check the artwork and send you a proof to verify that everything looks ok before we send your order into production.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
International shipping Notes:
For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

What material are rectangle flags made from?
They’re printed on a high-quality polyester-nylon blend material.
Can my flag signage be double-sided?
Yes, you can have it printed single or double-sided. Bear in mind that the single-sided option will be mirrored on the reverse side. So if you need messaging to be readable on both sides, then order your flag double-sided.
How do I order the flag only?
In the Pole Hardware menu select the “No - (Flag Only)” option.
What is the lifespan of your custom made flags?
With proper care and installation, our custom flags have an outdoor life span of 3 to 6 months. We recommend that you take your flag down and store indoors during inclement weather to help increase its lifespan.
Do rectangle flags come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a warranty on a prorated monthly basis for our custom rectangle flags.
For example, a prorated warranty on a rectangle flag that fails 2 months after proper installment will be replaced and we will cover 33% of the replacement cost for a new rectangle flag.
