Banners.com Business Makeover - Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. 

1. BANNERS.COM BUSINESS MAKEOVER CONTEST DESCRIPTION

The sponsor of this contest giveaway is Banners.com. By participating in this contest, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to follow and comply with these official rules, but also with Banners.com's decisions, which are final and binding. Banners.com is in charge of receiving and processing entries into the contest as well as the general administration of the contest. Any questions, comments, or difficulties with the Giveaway should be sent directly to Banners.com. 2. ELIGIBILITY:

Open to legal residents of the United States of America (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) and who are 18 years or older. Banners.com and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and employees are not eligible to enter the Giveaway or win the prize.

3. PRIZE: 

Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive $5000 worth of Banners.com products, design services, and installation of new signs for their business. 

Only one prize will be given out to one person, household, or business. The grand prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-substitutable by the recipient. If the $5000 prize, for whatever reason, cannot be given to the winner, Banners.com reserves the right to choose a new contest winner. 

All federal, state, and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.

4. HOW TO ENTER: 

To enter the Banners.com Business Makeover contest each contestant will need to do two things:

1. Fill out the entry form at https://www.banners.com/contest.

2. Create a Facebook comment under our Contest Facebook post with one or two pictures of your business using the following hashtags #businessmakeover & #bannersdotcom. Also, you must provide a short description of how winning the Banners.com Business Makeover contest can help your business. 

* Automated or robotic Entries submitted by individuals or organizations will be disqualified. Any entrant who attempts to obtain more than one qualified entry by using multiple/different emails, addresses, and identities for the same businesses will be disqualified. All entries must be posted by the end of the promotion period to participate. *

5. HOW TO COLLECT VOTES:

Once you have entered our contest we will reach out to you with your very own custom Banners.com URL specific to your business. This URL will be where you want your fans to come and vote for you to be the winner. We recommend sharing this URL any way you can, whether it's a Facebook post or an email to your friends, family, or customers. Whichever contestant collects the most votes at the end of the contest will be the crowned winner. 

6. WINNER SELECTION: 

The winner of the contest will be the entrant who tallies the most votes by the end of the competition. Once the winner is selected we will notify you by email or the phone number provided in your entry form. 

7. PRIVACY: 

Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to Banners.com's privacy policy. By entering the Banners.com Business Makeover contest, you are granting Banners.com permission to send you marketing emails and winner administration emails, as well as prize fulfillment emails.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

Banners.com assumes no responsibility or liability for any incorrect or erroneous contestant/entry information or any failed or faulty electronic data transmission. Banners.com also reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest in whole or in part.
