Telescoping Retractor Banner Stand Combo 79" x 31"

The Telescoping Retractor offers more flexibility with the telescoping pole that allows you to adjust your banner from 62.5" up to 79" high. This retractor works well for displays that are left up for extended periods of time. The snap rail header and snap rail roller allow you to interchange banners with ease. The printed banner is printed at maximum height.

Banner Stand Materials

Includes a 79" x 31" Banner.

13 oz Vinyl

Our high quality 13 oz vinyl banner material is the standard material we use for banner stands. It is rated for both indoor and outdoor use.

14 oz No Curl Vinyl

Our 14 oz No Curl / Block Out material is a recommended upgrade if you are looking for a professional yet affordable look. This product produces high quality prints and has a smooth matte finish. Shadows created from tradeshow lights or windows will not be visible from the front side when using this material.

This product is finished with straight cut edges - no hemming is available.

Banner Soft Fabric

Our Banner Soft material is our fabric option for banner stands. The material offers a matte finish with vibrant print colors. The edges of the fabric will be cut with a hot knife to prevent fraying when rolled in and out of the retractor. We recommend you be very careful when retracting the banner as some fraying may still happen.

Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.

Color Match Proof System

We are continually improving our color controls and profiling to ensure the most accurate colors in the industry. However, due to many factors including file setup, display variances, print technology, RIP software, and specific substrate, nominal color variances are common.

If your project is color critical, we highly recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the only way to 100% ensure color matching for your specific project. We have a team of friendly Customer Service Representatives who are all professional graphic designers to assist you with any questions you might have about your design colors.

For a fee of $45, we can produce a scaled down print of your design on the product material you want to purchase, and ship it to you free via UPS Ground. This includes a match of one color. Each additional color you wish to match will incur a $10 additional fee, with a max out at $100.

If you receive your sample print and are still not satisfied with any of the color options given, we can adjust the colors and reprint the sample until we get it right.

A vector file of your graphic is required for us to adjust the colors and provide alternative options for you to choose from.

Artwork Proofs

During the checkout process you can choose to have your artwork go straight into production after payment is received* or have an artwork proof emailed to you. The proof will include a low resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order, pricing information, and your billing and shipping information. If you select an additional proof, you will have to email or call the customer service representative back with approval before your order will go into production.

*We review all artwork before putting it into production. If we notice that the quality of your artwork is too low for production, we will email you even if you didn't select the additional artwork proof.

Fabric Banner Production Times

Once your order is approved and payment is received standard production time is 3-5 business days for fabric banners. Large quantity orders and large banner orders may require more time in production. After your fabric banner is finished with production it will be shipped via UPS.

Rush services are not available for fabric banners.

**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.

Vinyl Banner Production Times

Once your banner is approved and payment is received standard production time is 2 business days. Large quantity orders and large banner orders may require more time in production. Double sided banners have a 3 day production time.

Please contact a customer service representative if you have a large quantity order as it may require additional days in production.

If you request an additional proof, a customer service representative will email you a proof of the order for confirmation. This email will come from an @banners.com email, so please check your spam filter to ensure delivery of proof. Please note that your order will not go into production until after you have receive and approved your proof with your rep.

Payment Information

All orders must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see our blog. If you have a purchase order, please contact a customer service representative for your options.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Please note we have a minimum order of $35.00 in product.

Shipping Information

This Product will be produced in our Minnesota or Las Vegas facilities, whichever is more benificial to the customer's experience based on customer location and product specifications.

All banners ship via UPS. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground. We offer the following shipping methods:

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination.

If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
