A Frame Material

The Simp signs are digitally printed on a 4 mm corrugated plastic material. The material has hollow flutes similar to cardboard. The material is lightweight and waterproof. The frame can hold (1) or (2) 27" x 22" printed graphics. Signs are available with a 1/2" white margin or a full bleed. Full bleed signs have the color go all the way to the edge of the sign. The graphics are installed by sliding into the top and bottom inserts on the frame. If you would like to have double sided printed signs, please contact a customer service representative.

Artwork Guidelines
Files that print best are .eps or .ai (Adobe Illustrator) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. If you don’t have access to or are unsure if you have a high-resolution file, our professional graphic designers will be happy to assist with this.  

Order Proofs
If you are looking to be able to give your order one last look and make sure all the information and images are correct, requesting an order proof will allow you that benefit. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order including pricing, and your billing and shipping information. Please note if you receive a proof, you will need to email or call back your customer service representative with approval before your order will go into production.

Color Match Proof System
If your project is color critical, we highly recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. You can design your sign online using our online designer, upload your own print ready artwork files or work with one of our graphic designers to create a custom yard sign.

Production Times

Once your order is approved and payment is received standard production time is 2-3 business days. Large quantity orders and large sign orders may require more time in production. After your sign is finished with production it will be shipped via UPS.

Rush services are not available on signs.

**Please note during peak times ground shipments may take an extra day or two to ship dependent upon production schedules as all packages with upgraded shipping do take priority. So please order early or discuss with your representative your particular needs so we can ensure that we meet your individual requirements.

Payment

All A frames must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see our blog.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Please note we have a minimum order of $35.00 in product.

Shipping Information

This Product is made in our Minnesota Facility ONLY. 

All a frames ship via UPS. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service prior to ordering. Phone: 320-965-9300

We offer the following shipping methods:

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. Please note, due to UPS shipping restrictions.

If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your a frame early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your a frame early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.
