Product Overview

Turn your photos into custom made photo tiles with StikPics. Simply upload your photo, order and you will have custom wall art at your door. No nails, no damage to the walls. Make your memories last for a lifetime.

Material

StikPics are printed on a premium polystyrene foam board (also known as Gator Board) These boards are scratch, warp, and moisture resistant, reinforced with melamine and wood fiber veneer for strength and durability.

Hanging Options

Each pic comes with three mounting options. Choose which method best fits your needs!

o Repositionable adhesive: Stik and re-Stik without fear of damage or residue!

o Permanent Adhesive: Provides an enduring hold on the most textured of surfaces such as brick, concrete, and wood.

o Picture Hanger: Great for hanging your StikPics with existing Nails and screws.

What Surfaces Can I Stick My Pics To?

Our three mounting options ensure that you will always be able to Stik your Pics, on any surface.

o Our standard, repositionable adhesive will Stik almost anywhere. Though, smooth, clean surfaces (like drywall) work best.

o For surfaces where the repositionable adhesive fails (like brick), you may opt to use our permanent adhesive** or picture hanger options

Artwork

Artwork Guidelines

We print each Pic on a high-resolution printer, allowing all Pics to look great. Though, to ensure the best possible quality, we suggest using a picture at a minimum of 800 pixels by 800 pixels for standard prints. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.

Artwork/Order Proofs

If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.

Production Times

Production Time Tables

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

1 Business Day Priority:

Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

2 Business Days Express:

Have an extra day, but still need your products quickly? The express option is ideal for you!

3 Business Days Standard:

Payment

All StikPics must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog..

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.

Shipping

General Shipping Guidelines

If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.

After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.

Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery. Please visit our Banners.com shipping information page for more information about our StikPics shipping times.

International shipping Notes:

For international shipments, customers must provide both shipping labels and customs documentation. Currently, we only accept international shipping labels from USPS and UPS. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
