Five Customizable Banner Materials
Your banner is made with the finest materials available and printed using state-of-the-art, large format printers for vibrant colors that pop. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

Our high-quality 13oz matte vinyl banner material is our most popular banner material. It has a low shine and rich color gamut.

Made with 8oz PVC polyester mesh material that has a criss crossed breathable scrim that allows a 37% airflow. Mesh Banners are ideal for outdoor and windy conditions.

| Is a one inch fold, heat welded hem with grommets typically added every 2 -4 feet. |
A thick weblike material (similar to what is used in seatbelts) is heat welded to the perimeter of the banner to provide additional reinforcment. |
A triangular piece of vinyl is applied to the corners of the banner and secured with grommets to improve both the strength and durability in the corners of the banner. |
A pocket or sleve added to the banner to allow for a dowel or pole to run through it for support. When selecting pole pockets there will be no increase in the finished size of the banner. |
Pole Pocket Finishing Options
- 2" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 3/4" in diameter
- 3" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/4" in diameter
- 4" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1 1/2" in diameter
By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
**Pole Pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners. Reinforced corners are not available on banners under 2 feet in height.
2 Sided Banner Finishing
We can finish 2 sided banners up to 150 square feet. For anything larger, please contact us. Double sided banners can only have pole pockets or hems and grommet finishing.

We do not recommend wind slits in banners, therefore we do not offer them. For more information as to why, visit our wind slit banners information page.
The file that prints best is .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.
If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Banners.com ships throughout the United States and Internationally. Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.

Economy Shipping

What type of material do you print Parade Banners on?
We offer a choice between 13-oz. gloss or matte vinyl, and 18-oz. extra heavy duty matte vinyl banner material.
Can I order a double-sided parade banner?
Yes, you just select the double-sided banner option from the drop down. Then you’ll be redirected to our double-sided banners page.
Do you make parade banners for marching bands?
Yes! We can certainly make custom marching band parade banners! To enhance the parade experience for your marching band, we suggest opting for a pole pocket at the top of your banner when placing an order. This design allows your team to seamlessly slide a pole through the material, enabling members of your band to carry the banner down the street with flair as they showcase their performance talents!
What sizes are available?
Your banners can be as small as 1’ x 1’ and as large as 8’ x 50’. Just keep in mind the viewing distance of a city block is about 200 ft. So make sure your text is large enough to be read.
Can I track my product shipment?
Yes! We update the status of your product order every step of the way with our Live Order Tracking system. Once we ship your product, you can track the delivery with the provided UPS tracking number.
