About No Curl Banners

No curl banners are digitally printed on a 14 oz vinyl banner material. The no curl banners are typically used in banner stands and are an upgrade from the 13 oz vinyl banner material. They are commonly used in banner stands and retractors.

No Curl Banner Sizes

The banners have a max print width of 48 inches.

Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

Artwork Guidelines

Files that print best are .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers would be happy to assist you.

Order Proofs

If you would like to double-check your order for correct information and images, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order including pricing, and your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.

Color Match Proof System

If your project is color critical, we recommend using our Color Match Proof System, as this is the best way to ensure the color match for your specific project. For more details, please contact a customer service representative.

No Curl Banner Finishing Options

The standard finishing option is a cut to size banner with grommets. No curl banners do not include hems. You can also have the banner cut to size with no grommets.

Production Time Tables

We provide flexible production time ranges for you to choose from. Because it's important for you to have ultimate control over your order, our production times range from one to five business days. This allows you to make the final decision on when you need your order.

1 Business Day Priority:

Timelines can be tight. That's why we offer this zippy one day turnaround option.

Payment Information

All products must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production. If you have a purchase order, please contact a customer service representative for your options.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order. 

Please note we have a minimum order of $35.00 in product.

Shipping Information

We offer the following shipping methods:

• Economy (5-10 Business Days)
• Standard (3-5 Business Days)
• Three Day (3 Business Days)
• Two Day (2 Business Days)
• Overnight (1 Business Day)
• Freight

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if any shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. We will only accept international shipping labels from the following carriers, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Contact a customer service rep today for more information.

Economy Shipping

If choosing economy shipping please add in additional postal information such as P.O. Box in the "Address Two" field on the checkout page to help ensure delivery.

Using economy shipping can also add an additional 5 - 10 days, depending on where the package is being shipped to.
