Vinyl Banners are printed on high quality 13 oz scrim vinyl banner material. The scrim vinyl is a woven fiber inside the material that gives the banner extra strength. You can use banners indoors and outdoors for many different occasions.

Vinyl Banner Printing:

Vinyl banners are digitally printed in full color. You can select one of our  banner templates to customize in the online designer with our backgrounds, clip art and text. You can also upload your own images. 

Vinyl Banner Sizes:

You can get a custom banner size up to 16 feet by 50 feet in length. Some of the most common banner sizes are 2' x 4', 3' x 6', 4' x 8' and 5' x 10'.

Files that print best are .eps or .ai (in version CS5 or lower) converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf, .tif, and .jpg formats. Typically 300 dpi or higher is suitable for banners.

We print in four color C, M, Y, K or six color C, M, Y, K, LC, LM. Please keep this in mind when submitting files for printing as color tone shifting may happen if file is submitted in R, G, B format. If there is a specific PMS color you need, please specify that to us when submitting your order so we can help you verify that the proper color mix is used (vector artwork only).

Customer supplied files are printed as they are received so we cannot guarantee color, clarity or final output as we are just printing the supplied files and have not set them up for printing.

All of our printers are calibrated daily to ICC coloring profile standards to ensure accurate color production.

Vinyl Banner Finishing Options

The standard finishing option for vinyl banners is heat welded hems and grommets every 2-4 feet around the banner perimeter. You will not need to add any bleeds on your artwork. We will add the extra material when we print your banner.

Additional Finishing Options:

• 2" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 1" in diameter
• 3" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 2" in diameter
• Reinforced Corners
• Reinforced Hems

**Pole Pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners. Reinforced corners are not available on banners under 2 feet in height.

Vinyl Banner Production Times

Once your banner is approved and payment is received standard production time is 2 business days. Large quantity orders and large banner orders may require more time in production.

Please contact a customer service representative if you have a large quantity order as it may require additional days in production.

Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST. 

Rush services may be available:

• 1 Day Production - online order must be received before 1:00 pm CST

If you request an additional proof, a customer service representative will email you a proof of the order for confirmation. This email will come from an @banners.com email, so please check your spam filter to ensure delivery of proof. Please note that your order will not go into production until after you have receive and approved your proof with your rep.

Shipping Information

This Product will be produced in our Minnesota or Las Vegas facilities, which ever is more benificial to the customers experience based on customer  location and product specifications.

All standard banners are rolled, bagged, and placed into a shipping box which are then shipped via UPS. Please specify which shipping method you would like when you place your order or it will be shipping via UPS Ground. We offer a 1-3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States. Click here for more information about our standard and oversized vinyl banner shipping times. We offer the following shipping methods:

• UPS Ground
• UPS 3 Day Select
• UPS 2nd Day Air
• UPS Overnight
• UPS Overnight AM

Shipping prices are determined by the weight of the package and the destination. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders and over-sized packages. Please note, due to UPS shipping restrictions, banners that exceed 8' in both directions will generally be folded for shipping (billboards, large backdrops etc.)

If you are located outside of the Continental United States, please contact us for a shipping quote.

You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.

After products have shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package. We recommend ordering your banners early.

Delays because of Acts of God or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then replacement product will be sent.

Lost packages will be replaced after shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7-10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.

Please order your banners early as we cannot control delivery after your product leaves our production facilities.

Payment Information

All vinyl banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. We also accept checks. Checks must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see our blog. If you have a purchase order, please contact a customer service representative for your options.

We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your proof for your order.

Please note we have a minimum order of $35.00 in product.
