Your banner is made with the finest materials available and printed using state-of-the-art, large format printers for vibrant colors that pop. All banners are manufactured and printed in the USA.
Exact sizes of banners cannot be guaranteed. Vinyl is a temperature sensitive material, and some fluctuation can occur due to heat application in printing, finishing, and outside climate. Please note our acceptable size variance is up to 1/2 inch per linear foot (ex. A 5' banner could finish with a 2.5" variance). If your banner needs to be precise, please ask your Customer Service Representative to discuss your specific application.

| Is a one inch fold, heat welded hem with grommets typically added every 2 -4 feet. |
A thick weblike material (similar to what is used in seatbelts) is heat welded to the perimeter of the banner to provide additional reinforcment. |
A triangular piece of vinyl is applied to the corners of the banner and secured with grommets to improve both the strength and durability in the corners of the banner. |
A pocket or sleve added to the banner to allow for a dowel or pole to run through it for support. When selecting pole pockets there will be no increase in the finished size of the banner. |
Pole Pocket Finishing Options
- 2" Pole Pockets - fits a pole 3/4" in diameter

By selecting pole pockets, there will be no increase in the finished size of your banner. Pole pockets can either be 2", 3" or 4". We don't recommend having any text or images within 3 inches of the edge of the banner when you select pole pockets.
**Pole Pockets are not available with reinforced hems or corners. Reinforced corners are not available on banners under 2 feet in height.
2 Sided Banner Finishing
We can finish 2 sided banners up to 150 square feet. For anything larger, please contact us. Double sided banners can only have pole pockets or hems and grommet finishing.

The file that prints best is .eps converted to outline. We can also print high resolution .pdf or .jpg files. If you are unsure of the quality of your files, our professional graphic designers will be more than happy to help you.
If you would like to double-check your order for correct information, requesting an order proof will allow you to do that. Your order proof will include a low-resolution image of your artwork, a summary of your order (including pricing), as well as your billing and shipping information. Please note that if you request a proof, we will not send your order into production until you have sent your approval.

All banners must be paid for prior to being put into production. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. We also accept checks, which must be received before your order is put into production. For more information on check orders, see this article on our blog.
We will not charge your credit card until you have approved your order.
If you have any questions about shipping, please contact customer service at (320) 391-5300 prior to ordering. Unless otherwise specified at the time of ordering, your order will be shipped via UPS Ground. We offer a 1–3 day ground shipment to 90% of the United States.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped.
Shipping prices are determined by the weight and destination of the package. Additional shipping charges apply to large orders.
After products have been shipped, all shipping company terms and conditions apply for lost or delayed packages. We will not refund the banner cost if UPS or any other shipping company has a delay in your package.
Delays due to natural disasters or anything beyond our control will not result in shipping refunds. If the product is damaged in shipping, damaged goods must be returned, and then a replacement product will be sent.
Lost packages will be replaced after the shipping company confirms loss. This generally takes 7–10 business days after initial scheduled delivery.
Banners.com ships throughout the United States and Internationally. Please note: all international shipments must have shipping labels as well as customs documentation provided by the customers. How do I install my banner?
We always advise using all of the standard grommets that come with your backdrop banner. We also strongly recommend ordering ball bungees with your banner.
Using all grommets helps distribute pressure and stress to your banner evenly, this helps increase the lifespan of your banner. If you don’t use all grommets, then you run the risk of having too much stress and movement in your banner. This can result in the banner physically tearing and thus ruining your printed sign.
If you choose pole pockets, then you can use any rod or flagpole to insert into the banner for display. The size of the pole pocket you choose to add will determine the size of the pole that can be inserted into your banner.

How do I properly store my banner?
When your custom backdrop banner is not being used, make sure that you roll the banner up. Keep the printed side out when you roll the banner to protect the inks. To prevent the banner from bending, you should keep the box it was shipped in and store it in there. You should also keep your banner out of extreme heat. Avoid windows or other direct sunlight.
How do I remove wrinkles from my banner?
After receiving your backdrop banner, you may notice it has some creases or wrinkles. This is due to it being rolled up and stored for shipping. If you wish to get rid of these unsightly wrinkles from your custom backdrop banner, we recommend two options.
To remove wrinkles from backdrop banners, unroll them and leave them in the sun for a few hours.
The second option involves using a clothing steamer with a refillable water tank. Simply use the steamer much like you would with a piece of clothing and this steamer should take the wrinkles right out!
